Booking & Payments

Bookings may be made online, by phone, or through our partners. Prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise. Full payment policy:

  2. Group bookings may require deposit or full prepayment.
  3. Final pickup details are provided after payment confirmation.

Cancellation & Refunds (UAE compliant)

Our cancellation terms comply with UAE consumer protection norms. Standard policy:

  • Free cancellation window: up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup (unless otherwise stated).
  • Less than 48 hours: partial refund or credit may apply depending on vendor fees.
  • ***-shows: typically non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.

Refund requests are processed within 14 business days once approved. Specific event tickets may be non-refundable.

Liability & Insurance

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for loss or damage arising from services is limited. Guests are responsible for personal belongings and following safety instructions.

Where applicable, we maintain third-party liability insurance. Travelers should consider personal travel insurance covering health, accident and cancellation.
